Inspiring people of all ages to invest in their mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being with Mindfulness and Social and Emotional Learning.

 

We believe in the power of self-kindness. When we take the time to “bee” kind to our body & mind, we are not only benefiting ourselves but the world around us! 

Meet Jessica

Hello, I'm Jessica! Just your average human on a personal mission to inspire people to live fully, and make the world a healthier, happier, kinder, place. While this can seem like a pretty BIG task at hand, I believe the first leg of this journey is to take a step inward and invest in our own mental, emotional, and social well-"bee"ing with some well deserved self-kindness. Together let's "bee" mindfully moved towards cultivating the inner peace and resilience needed to not only navigate through daily life, but live a meaningful life enriched with purpose and happiness.

(SEL)f-Kindness
Enrichment Program

"Bee"ing Mindfully Moved doesn’t just mean physical movement, it supports mental, emotional, and social movement. Inspired by the importance of self-awareness, self-regulation, and most importantly self-kindness, this Mindfulness-based Enrichment Program is infused with the fundamentals of Social and Emotional Learning and the healing practice of Mindful Movement; providing techniques specifically designed to influence our bodies’ natural ability to manage overall stress, anxiety, and burnout restoring the inner peace and resilience needed to better navigate through daily life. Aligned with national Health Education and PE Standards (NHES) and the Collaborative for Academic Social Emotional Learning (CASEL) framework, our (SEL)f-Kindness Enrichment Program helps build physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being for people 1 year to 101 years old….and older!

Mindfulness

The benefits of Mindfulness may include: increased focus (attention, self-control, compassion), improved performance (ability to resolve conflict, overall well-being) and decreased levels of stress (depression, anxiety). 

Social and  Emotional Learning

The benefits of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) are well-researched, with evidence demonstrating that an education that promotes SEL yields positive results for students, adults, and school communities.

Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement may help strengthen social attachments, reduce stress and relieve anxiety, depression and insomnia. 

PreK to 5th Grade

30 minute practice provides:

âž” Discussion topics supporting the National Health Education Standards, Social Emotional Learning & Mindfulness

âž” SEL & Life Skills read aloud

​

âž” Mindful movement practice to cultivate breath-body connection

âž” (SEL)f Reflection Journal or Class Discussion Topic

âž” Bee Kind Crusaders Community Kindness Project & Ambassador Mentorship

6th Grade to Adult

60 minute in person Mindful Movement & Mindfulness practice provides:
